The Fan Filter Units (FFU) from anlaitech are designed to provide clean air to individual workstations or entire cleanrooms. The Fan Filter Unit is designed with AC or EC motor, which gives high efficiency in power consumption and has an extremely long life time. Various filter types and clean classes can be combined together with the fan filter unit.

Features:
The master switch inner set with insurance and indicator light
The control mode is flexible, can be three or five air velocity speed adjustment
Abnormal indicator light to understand the operation state of the equipment

FFU FOR CLEANROOMS

Cleanroom fan filter unit (FFU) uses HEPA filtration to protect products and personnel inside the cleanroom from unwanted particles and germs. The HEPA filter (or ULPA filter) in the FFU is constructed of delicate tightly woven fibers to catch sub-micron particles. In a typical cleanroom, the fan powered hepa filter mounts on top of the ceiling grid and scrubs air clean as the motor pulls air from outside the cleanroom, pushes it through the HEPA filter and into the cleanroom.
